For me, Thermography is a good preventive alternative vs. Mammography.
Mammography I experience as very unfriendly and painful and unhealthy.
Because I am in a high-risk group according to breast cancer statistics, it feels good for my peace of mind to have Thermography done annually as a preventative exam.

Absolutely woman-friendly, no pain, just a few heat shots that an experienced team will review and assess later.
Unfortunately, health insurance companies do not reimburse it (anymore).

I am informed that it is not a substitute for mammography.
