After 5 years I was declared "clean" of breast cancer and then you are let go kwa medical checks.
For me, the annual thermo scan of my breasts is now every time a special moment.
Especially since I can talk to Birgitte.
She is very open and honest about the scans and explains what I need to continue to pay attention to.
No guarantees are promised to me, but it does feel immensely nice to be able to somewhat decide for myself whether I need further medical monitoring.
