During my 1st time for the thermography I was received calmly, and warmly.
Brigitte gave me rich information both about the thermography and the blood tests, and also space to share my own thing.
I was given time to recover, after my search to find the address, there was no nr 2.
It was a warm personal touch, just the way I would like it.
