I know that thermography is not a replacement for a mammogram but nevertheless I get a good feeling about having it done every year, through a thermography, to see if there are any changes that could indicate that something more serious is going on or a precursor to that.
Since I find a mammogram terribly painful this gives me a nice reassurance.
