I had a heat spot around my right neck in the photo, and in the 2nd photo apparently too; then I realized I was carrying a heavy handbag around that shoulder on the way to the appointment. that might explain it. Might be useful to mention and next time I'll remember not to carry anything heavy around my shoulders.
