For me a mammogram doesn't work, with my small breasts it's an ordeal that just doesn't feel right, in such a way that I think it's more likely to destroy my breasts, 3 months after a mammo still going to the GP because of pain, that felt wrong to me.
And you don't want to do nothing at all either, which is why I came up with this method after a long search, doesn't give 100 percent certainty either, but neither does a mammogram, for me, a thermography is enough for my peace of mind and I won't miss a checkup.
