After a mammogram due to very painful breasts, I decided not to have my breasts "squashed" anymore.
As an alternative, I have found Thermography where I have a yearly check-up photo taken.
I am aware that if there are any changes I will still have to have a mammogram but as long as there are no peculiarities or changes I trust the findings of the Thermography and the examination of the doctor who evaluates the photos.
