It is always a special experience, the annual thermography appointment in Amsterdam.
Contact with someone who really understands what health is all about for me, with whom I can talk about my own body without feeling trapped in a medical merry-go-round.
Sharing the feeling that health is about everything in my life and not just individual parts of my body.
I am very happy that I came upon this track a few years ago and that I now get a yearly test without any hassle.
And that each time I go home with good focus points to stay healthy.
