I see it as an outing to go to Birgitte to have a heat photo taken of my breasts. I feel reassured when there are no changes to be seen. I know I have to go to my doctor if there are any changes. It gives me confidence that I am going to my doctor and not like before when I had every little pain in my chest I immediately thought the worst and made an appointment with my doctor.
