I know that thermography is not meant to replace mammography.
However, my first and only experience with mammography was so awful that I never want to go through that examination again.
That's my own personal choice.
I want to take good care of my breasts and I believe that entrapment and radiation do not fit with that.
To monitor my overall health and that of my breasts, I invest in an annual thermography visit, during which I also receive general health advice.
Fortunately, I can afford it.
In my opinion, it should be included in the insurance package as preventive care.
