Since a mammogram is very painful for me, I decided on thermography. I know it is not a replacement.
To myself, I then still feel that I am being watched, on the prevention of breast cancer. No checkup at all is not an option for me.
It is painless, she takes the time, and gives tips to answer questions.

Fine reception in very pleasant relaxing waiting room,
Good explanation and the taking of the photos is done at calm respectful way done.
The reception was friendly and informal. So was the waiting room and even candles were burning on the toilet. First I got a detailed explanation about vitamins and minerals, in which a few tips that I can use to my advantage.
The thermography itself consisted of taking a lot of "shots" (I don't know the right word) from various angles. I found the whole visit to the Centre to be very female-friendly experienced. I also find the center's website very informative and detailed. Among other things, the directions for directions and parking.
I had a very interesting talk with Birgitte about my health in general and in particular on how to prevent illness using natural remedies when possible. I especially liked how personalized her approach is, adapting advice according to my specific needs.
Thermography is only a reflection of breast physiology and as such is not a substitute for mammography.
Annual clinical examination of the breasts and periodic evaluation by other objective tests is recommended for comprehensive screening for breast cancer and to assess the structural component of breast tissue.
